We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of your original purchase. During this period, if you are not fully satisfied with the course, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility Conditions
  • To qualify for a refund, you must have actively engaged with the full course content.
  • You must create a new YouTube channel specifically for implementing the course strategies taught in “YouTube Heroes by Mini Caption.”
  • On this new channel, you must post at least 10 short-form videos OR 4 long-form videos following the course guidelines.
  • After implementing these steps, if you have fewer than 100 subscribers on this new channel 30 days after your original purchase date, you may request a refund.
3. Requesting a Refund
  • Refund requests can only be made after the 30th day from your purchase date to ensure adequate time for implementing the strategies.
  • All requests must be received within the 60-day guarantee period from the original purchase date.
  • Please include proof of the new channel URL, the required posted videos, and your subscriber count at the time of the request.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at refund@minicaption.io. Provide your order details, the date of purchase, and the evidence of your channel’s performance as listed above. We will review your request within 5 business days and notify you of our decision.
5. Processing Approved Refunds
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
6. Compliance with Sri Lankan Consumer Law
We strive to comply with the Consumer Affairs Authority Act and all other applicable consumer protection laws in Sri Lanka. If you believe your consumer rights have been violated, you may contact the Consumer Affairs Authority of Sri Lanka or other relevant regulatory bodies.
